A 5% app admin fee is levied by Domecile on document purchases and property + management fees.
Digital application initiation and submission fees are based on user and application type.

For questions or concerns about payments, deposits, or refunds, please email refunds@domecile.com before contacting your card provider.
Refunds may be requested up to 30 days after the initial purchase. Exceptions such as refundable deposits do apply.
