Homeowner's Insurance Required
Homeowner's Insurance Required Personal Liability - Required coverage $500,000. Additional recommended coverage: A Personal Umbrella Policy to increase this limit by $1,000,000 or more. Contents - Recommended coverage $50,000. A higher figure may be appropriate, depending on estimated replacement costs of personal belongings in a particular unit. Improvements & Betterments - Recommended coverage $50,000. Again, a higher figure may be appropriate, depending on estimated replacement cost of all structural improvements made to a unit by present or prior owners. Loss Assessment: Required coverage $50,000. This covers any assessment made by the Corporation to cover shortfalls in the Master Policy.
